Perfect Balance is a dedicated Power Plate® studio located at Seaforth on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The owner, Michelle Buley, has over 25 years in the fitness industry, and is very passionate about helping people reach fitness and healthy lifestyle goals.

Michelle opened Perfect Balance in 2008 as she saw the benefits that Power Plate® could bring to people whether well or unwell. Perfect Balance was Sydney's first fully accredited Power Plate® Training Centre and Michelle is Australia's first Power Plate® Master Trainer.
